Reservation PolicyDaily Conditions:
Check in out time is 12:00 hours
Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Master ,JCB)
A full amount of room rental payment should be made in advance on the check in date plus security deposit.
Early Check in
Extra charges 50% of daily rate for early check in from 06:00 12:00 hours
Extra charges 100% of daily rate for early check in from 00:00 06:00 hours
Late Check out
Extra charges 50% of daily rate for late check out after 14:00 20:00 hours
Extra charges 100% of daily rate for late check out after 20:00 hours
Monthly Conditions:
For Monthly contract 1-5 months, security deposit is 1 months plus 1 month of rental with payment in advance.
For Monthly contract 6-12 months, security deposit 2 months plus 1 month of rental with payment in advance.
Room Rental will be paid in full amount on check in date plus security deposit
Payment can be made by Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Master JCB), Travel Cheque, or Companys cheque payable to Yellow Ribbon Court Ltd.
It is subject to the payment of Baht 5,000 for the reservation fee upon receipt of our confirmation of room reservation.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation &No show policy:
Cancellation should be made to notify our office by Fax or E-mail 3 day before the check in date. Otherwise the rule of payment of cancellation fee equivalent of 50% contract rates, will be applied.
In case of no-show the rule of a full charge will be applied.
