Description The Apartment is in the most central location in Budapest at the beginning of the vibrant Danube promenade, with a view of the River Danube and the Buda Hills from the balcony and adjacent to the Marriott Hotel - great for those business travelers with meetings in the hotel. Less than 50 meters walk from Vaci utca, Budapest's main shopping street and the famous Gerbeaud coffee house. Just a minute walk from a great selection of restaurants, cafe's and bars for every taste, including the well-known expat hangout, The Stage Pub.
The apartment area is 33m2, plus a 5m2 balcony. Relax in the sun on the balcony with table and chairs and a view over the river.
The apartment is non-smoking out of consideration to our guests, who prefer a fresh, clean atmosphere, however it is permitted to smoke on the balcony.
The apartment has been newly decorated, furnished, and equipped to the highest quality including an LCD TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a range of English books. The Riverview is a studio apartment, which includes a living and separate bed area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and WC.
The kitchenette includes a 2-ring electric hob, electric toaster, mini-grill, electric kettle, refridgerator. Tea, coffee etc. are included.
Towels are provided and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom, plus shower gels and shampoo.
Iron, ironing board and drying rack are present in the apartment.
A selection of city guides, some with useful discount coupons, and maps are available in the apartment.
There is a well-stocked supermarket, open 7 days a week until 8 pm, immediately below the apartment block, with a fine selection of local delicacies, wines, beers and spirits.
A laundry is located just opposite the apartment.
Also opposite the apartment is the Ocean Seafood Restaurant, probably the best seafood and fish in Central and Eastern Europe. Ocean serves great fish and chips and has a superb atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Numerous clubs, bars, pubs and restaurants in the immediate areas within 1-3 minutes walk.
Public transport and multi-level car parks are located in the direct vicinity.

Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be notified in writing, and we ask that any cancellation or booking ammendment is made as early as possible.
For late cancellations, the following fees apply:
*Cancellation within 4 weeks of reserved arrival date, 10% of total (50% of deposit). *Cancellation within 2 weeks of reserved arrival
date, 20% of total (100% of deposit).
