Description Two levels apartment is a few minutes from the town center.The apartment of about 70 sqm (4+2 bed-sites) is on two levels: the upper level inlcude two double rooms, a bath with shower, washing machine. The lower level istead comprising the living room with a double sofa bed, a television set (TV Sat) and cooking side. Moreover, outside the apartment there is a large area, with english green, properly equipped in order to hold evening suppers between friends or simply to sip fresh drinks. The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning implant. The Residence has a spacious private car park and a swimming pool around a green of about 50 all smq available to the hosts.
