Description Home Advice Spain - Z is located in the old gothic quarter of Barcelona. Here you will find everything that makes the historic center of this city so special. The apartment has two bedrooms and is very modern and fully equipped with all the facilities you might need like a TV, a Stereo, a Laundry machine, a complete and modern kitchen, air conditioning and a heater for the colder days during the winter.

Nearby you will find all kinds of authentic bars and restaurants. The apartment is ideal for a cultural visit to Barcelona. The nearest metro station is just 500 meters away.


The luminous living quarter is filled with all the equipment necessary to make you relax after a long day of sightseeing in Barcelona. Comfortable furniture to sit down and eat and also a television and stereo equipment. The kitchen disposes of a washing machine. With the climate regulator you can adjust the circumstances to your own liking: hot during the winter or a cold breeze during a sultry summer night.

One review of the property : I only felt the necessity of having an Oven in the kitchen, to do some special dishes :) .In four days I think it would be nice to have a cleaning day(included in the price) .It was a very nice staying !!
