Description This is a new luxury 3 bed roomed (sleeps up to 8), 2 bathroom villa with south facing private pool and games area including pool table, electronic darts and foosball. Situated on the PG championship golf course at Southern Dunes & within 20 minutes of Walt Disney World and other attractions. The pool area & garden gives a view of the 2nd hole, bunkers, fairways & green. There are lots of amenities on site and nearby, there are shops, restaurants, petrol station, bank and 24 hour Super Wal-Mart all outside the main gates of the site.

The villa is situated in Central Florida on the Southern Dunes Golf Country Club site, on highway 27 within easy access of the interstate 4 (i4).
