Description The villa sits perched on 9 acres and offers cool breezes and panoramic views of Montego Bay. Originally built in 1930 by the editor of The New Yorker magazine, the villa has the amenities of a fine hotel and yet offers affordable luxury, privacy, and close proximity to all tourist activites, nightlife, and the airport.
Within the house is a high-ceiling, grand living room with mahogany floors, a library, bar, TV room, antiques, a screened-in dining room overlooking the aquamarine waters below, and a commercial kitchen with ice maker and blender.
The large terrace, which is ideal for day- dreaming and viewing stars at night, overlooks the large swimming pool and hot tub. Also on the grounds are a tennis court, tropical gardens and fruit trees of Mango, Orange, banana, coconut,lemon, allspice, and breadfruit.
This is the perfect spot for families, honeymoons, and groups of friends to relax and play.
